FRESH-UPIER: Finance and Financial Institutions in Historical Perspective
A one-day workshop which brings together graduate students and postdoctoral researchers of economic and business history working in the field of financial history from a global perspective to discuss their research. Professor Rui Esteves from the Graduate Institute, Geneva, will give a keynote speech on 'Capital flows and financial crises in developing economies, 1880-1913'.
