Neil Hyatt RIBA, Head of Buildings & Projects

The Head of Buildings & Projects is responsible for the upkeep and improvement of the College’s physical estate. This includes the historic fabric, the operation and maintenance of all buildings, managing small works programmes along with managing, developing and implementing a programme of planned preventative maintenance works. In addition, a programme of large capital-funded construction projects is currently underway, providing enhanced student accommodation, tutorial offices and other multi-use functional spaces that support the research, teaching and development of the College.

Capital Projects

Sarah Luke, Projects Co-ordinator

The Projects Coordinator assists the Head of Buildings & Projects. She is responsible for coordinating new Capital Projects with the existing operation of the College, with particular responsibility for the student interface and conference functions that are delivered by the Domestic Bursar’s Team. Maintenance Team

Victoria Moore, Buildings Co-ordinator (on maternity leave until January 2020)

The Maintenance Coordinator assists the Head of Buildings & Projects. She is responsible for coordinating the work of the Maintenance Team and responding to both routine and reactive repair & maintenance requests received from staff and students. All enquiries regarding repair & maintenance requests should be emailed to Buildings Support. Out of normal office hours, urgent faults should be reported to the Porters’ Lodge 01865 (2) 76884
